I ordered flowers for $54.99 pnline. I was charged $59.99. I also ordered three balloons. I only for one. When the flowers arrived they didn't look anything like the plant I ordered. When I called Ava's they said they would look into it. Their response was the company had to do substitutions and they met the guidelines with those. Ava's is a scam. Beware!
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Avas. They are a dishonest company. At first they said they would reimburse me. They said the flowers they used were a comparable substitution. I wish I could attach pictures from my photo gallery so you could see.
