Only 78 personalized face masks delivered on an order of 80 for a reunion. The package was even labeled "78 pieces." Customer service refused to send the remaining masks; offered credit instead. This does no good for my situation, which has 80 attendees.
Tip for consumers: Order extra because they might short you.
Products used: Personalized masks for a high school reunion were okay; quality was what was expected for the price. But the missing items in the shipment create a huge problem and customer service was not willing to replace the missing items (even though it was clear they shorted me).
