I can't say enough good things about the Radisson Martinique NYC, they came to our rescue when we found ourselves in a bad situation. On 8/18/2015 we went to a studio apartment on West 31st and Broadway we had booked this awful place on Booking.com. It was unsafe, unsanitary and looked awful. It was not what was advertised on the website. There were stairs that we couldn't safely use to get to our room, we are 62 and 68. We left within an hour of seeing this place. Radisson found us a room, at the last minute and worked with us to get us a good rate. I will be in debt to them, they saved our vacation and made us feel safe when we slept at night.

I had a terrible experience with Booking.com in NYC, they advertised a studio apartment that was not what it appeared on the site. I had to leave the moment I unlocked the door. It was unsanitary, unsafe and not what I expected. Where do I file a complaint with the NY AG for false advertising, similar to a bait and switch. I walked down the street and spent another $1,000.00, I want my money back from Booking.com. Any ideas out there?
