I will never do business with this company again. I have worked with other online businesses before but their return policy sucks. ALL the tags and dress was placed back in the bag that it was sent to us. My daughter just tried it on and it was too big for her and of course I missed the 7 day return policy. They told me to take pictures and send it and still denied me my return. LESSON LEARNED! PromGirl SUCKS

Marissa has been great. I still don't like the return policy but Marissa is probably the only one that truely responded to my problem.

Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, we do ask that customers contact us within 7 days to receive the return authorization number. We try to make exceptions when possible but we are not able to accept every late item.
