She went above and beyond sending texts and emails, making phone calls ensuring I recieve the most recent updates and progression of my deliveries. She is truly dedicated to her position/job and providing the best customers service experience. Thank you Jenette for making my unforeseen delays more tolerable. Furniture is over priced, the white glove service in my opinion is a way of adding more cost. The expense for this particular service stated at around or about $250.00. After about the third text/email the offer had decreases to around or about $98.00. So I took advantage of the service. During the preparation for delivery damages were noticed and partial of the delivery had to be replace an additional 30 day wait to the initial 30 day wait. The second delivery date partial of my delivery was lost or misplaced at the warehouse, adding an additional two or more weeks before I had my complete order. Total disaster! I am intrested in purchasing two chairs and one buffet away from having my complete dinning room set. I called to ask were there other shipping options and was informed if I ordered only the two chair combinations I would have to pay $246.00 for shipping. No way around it. You'll be surprise to know it's the same price as the white glove service offer on my initial order. Coincidence, I don't think so.
