I ordered a Bikini in July, but the parcel didn't arrive. After a few weeks after placing my order, I got in contact with the customer service. They told me the order was shipped and I should allow a few more days until I receive my order.
In the end unfortunately the parcel never arrived, since the shipping company assumedly lost the parcel. The customer service was kind and Plumeria refunded my money quickly.
Dear Maria, we have tracking numbers for all our shipments including yours which we did send you after your emailed PTS 2233327031. It seems that the package did leave our warehouse and PTS did pick it but no mention of it being delievered, as we did not get a follow up email from you we thought it was delivered. We currently Refunded your Order. We will send you a free item without any shipping cost in apologies for this mistake.
