This website requires you to fill out a slew of information including photographs of your insurance card your address your information on the insurance card, which begs the question why they need a picture as well. Basically you're doing a lot of work and don't know if they will cover what you need or if the prices are even good enough for you to consider using them. Highly recommend using other websites as most other sites do not require this excessive amount of information to be filled out prior to using them. Very difficult to do this when you are a new mom or even in expecting mom. The company should definitely consider restructuring their website strategy. At the very least show options and pricing covered by insurance first.

I really liked this website when I had my previous insurance and they seem to cover a wide variety of pumps, now I have a new insurance and have noticed that in comparison to other websites they cover a very small variety of pumps, so I ended up going with a different site as a result. Had they had the options that I wanted I would have definitely used them again. I highly suggest shopping around other websites and compare options because this site seems to be very limited.

This website is extremely hard to navigate, they do not show you product that's available but instead they want you to call a one 800 number in order to find out what products you can get through your insurance company. In comparison to all other websites that offer medical supplies through insurance this one is awfully shady.

Found this link through my insurance but I see that in comparison to other sites they have pretty highly priced items. Im referring mostly to breast pumps. They do seem to have a form you can submit in order to match a price if you find something better, which is a little odd to me since shouldn't they have the best deals through your insurance anyway? Good thing about this site is that you don't have to enter your personal information to get a price quote.

To keep a long story short, I ordered the PP leggings for $80 off this website and exactly a day after the leggings arrived in the mail I see the SAME exact leggings on the Target website for $35! I wrote the website customer care asking if they can honer the price difference... Of course they wouldn't. These days money is really tight so this was extremely disappointing. Not only that but they charge a return fee of $6 if you want to return. I think the company should work on their customer care aspect. They should also consider offing deals that match the ones on other sites for the same product. I suggest not ordering from the website directly as I did but shop elsewhere - where you have deals, coupons and free returns unlike the companies direct website. I def have a bitter taste left and well never be shopping here again.

Tip for consumers:
Shop at other site instead for the same exact product and you will get it cheaper and free returns and free shipping unlike the direct site.

This is the worst reselling app you could get. No only do they have you go through a ridiculous amount of image submission but apparently they have some fool sitting on the other end checking which tags you've uploaded or not of a sneaker image. Meaning if you selling used yeezes they want you to go inside the shoe and take every angel of the sown in label and yet they still manage to "authenticate" fakes all the time. ( read reviews and watch YouTube reviews as well) They also will remove your listings for no reason if you don't complete a draft within a few days so you ultimately wasting time AND to top it off the customer service they have is a pure joke, they hire people who can't properly respond to an email and it takes them weeks to send you a generic reply. Don't waste your time on this app, plenty of other great reselling apps with real customer care and real authentication processes.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother, they are a ripoff and sellers hike their prices up to make up for a huge fee Grailed charges them.

We placed an order online and the company picked ABF to handle shipping.

The guy arrived in his truck and as my husband and I walked over he didn't even bother to turn it off to hear what we were saying to him ( yelling over a truck engine while wearing a mask and being on a busy road makes it laughably hard to hear anything) on top of that he parked his truck a block away from our building.
We walked over to our building as he drove. Once he stopped the truck it took the driver 6-8 min to exist his truck as we waited for him by the back. Mind you it was 98 degrees that day so for us to have to wait for this guy to leisurely exist his truck was annoying to say the least.

When he got into the back he had no idea what he was looking for... a few minutes later he states that our box is all the way in the back ( not sure how that's our issue) but then because he didn't know how to handle this delivery he asks my husband to come up and help him!

So this delivery guy is wearing protective thick clothing/boots and thick rubber gloves and he's asking for help from someone who isn't... Of course my husband went up the truck to help but considering what a mess the inside of the truck was and the overall situation it was clearly unsafe. With my husbands help they moved the box towards the front and my husband lowered our heavy box onto our personal cart right off the truck. Why the delivery guy didn't lower it off the truck himself I have no idea.

The truck guy also asked to keep the large outer cardboard box from our package for some reason.

But the kicker was that this guy expected a TIP!

This was one of the worst freight delivery experiences I have witnessed. I cant image how all of this would have went down if my husband wasn't there to help and I was alone?

Why hire people who don't know how to handle a medium size delivery?
If you have a choice in the matter, don't work with this company - they are a nightmare.
