While I rate the learning experience positively, it's been an absolute mess to request the exam voucher. I've been waiting since November for an exam voucher that has never arrived! The costumer service is non-existent and unable to provide any updates or resolution to this issue. This delay is greatly damaging my reputation as I have committed to take this qualification in a reasonable timeframe. I'm starting thinking that this is a scam and I will never see my voucher!
