I started my first e-cig buying from them, about two years ago. I had looked around at other sites but basically stayed with them. My dealings with them was excellent! A few months ago I bought from them,$40.00's worth of supplies I think and never received the package. I think I bought the DSE405 rocket while I was waiting for my other Package to arrive.The package came, theDSE405 but no answer or comment about the other package except what was on my account. A part was missing but after 3months of no contact from I gave up. It's too bad because I'm sure others besides me like to find a good source and stay with it.
