So far, I have enjoyed the majority of the items I have purchased. Maybe 1% just did not fit right but it would be pointless to return living in the States.
So far its been fairly good ordering from ChicWish. There are items not sold in my local stores. Some of the skirts are too long, but possibly will be able to get hemmed. Thankfully my neice lives with me and what doesn't fit or look good on me, she is able to wear them and actually wants them. ChicWish could make it easier for returns or refunds.

The pictures could be a little better and the site performance is slow. Overall, an ok experience.
I must say I was skeptical but nicely surprised how well this skirt fit. The style and look is great. It can be dressed up or down quite easily. I am 5'3" 150lbs with a little pooch belly, and this skirt slipped on and hides it well. I love the look with black booties, flat, or even tennis shoes to run around town looking like Sarah Jessica Parker from Sex and the City. Its so cute. I highly recommend.
Tip for consumers:
Read the reviews carefully for advice on whether to size up or down. My weight fluctuates and normally a medium, but if reviews are consistent about the product running small, I would size up (with a leap of faith it will fit well). Ordered 4 products and all fit as expected so far.

Love that Lo and Sons is a family business and Asian at that. I will always support Asian businesses whenever I can. I bought their Hanover Deluxe backpack in 2018 and then the Hanover Deluxe 2 in 2019. It has been my go-to travel bag even though I've purchased several other bags by them, but the Hanover Deluxe2 conveniently carries all that I could need as a carry on and as an around town bag as well. The Deluxe 2 has a separate laptop compartment on the backside which the material gives just enough to hold the laptop, a notebook and the charging adapter on the side. The inside has an insert which I do not use, but for some I can see it useful if you want to keep things organized inside. I love how deep the inside compartment is and you can put in it any of the compression bags for a quick change of clothes or extra shoes. I would put in a small crossbody bag, my cosmetic bag I like to keep handy on the flight, and snacks and magazines and it still has room for more.
They were even so accommodating to allow me to exchange the Rowledge for their Nouvelle cross-body bag even though the refund window lapsed. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for good and useful work/play bags.
