I wish I had purchased my frames elsewhere-- it took them 10 days yo even mail them. I didn't get prescription lenses, I just ordered frames. When I received an email from them saying "we will ship your order in 3 to 5 business days", that was already several days after I made the purchase. When I enquired as to When it was taking this long (side note: nowhere on their website does it say 10+ business days for order processing before shipping), here is their snarky response, and I quote: "well, we aren't Amazon".
Just wow. How unprofessional. Next time I need frames I am 100% willing to pay a little more just as to not give them my business. Their customer service is unnecessarily rude.
It took about 2 weeks to receive my order of 1 pair of frames.
