Website was relatively easy to navigate and with international mailing and tracking services, package was received within 14 working days. However, products arrived with missing links, earring posts that fell off, and bracelet clasps that didn't work properly. "Tiffany & Co" lettering appeared on the front of both pairs of earrings, which was not present on the website photos. The website photos appear downloaded from the Tiffany site, so what you see is not what you get. Email correspondence was a challenge, as English is not the website owner's primary language. The website posts only positive consumer comments with many spelling and grammatical errors, so these comments appear to be edited by the website owner. Returning products to China from Canada was more expensive than the actual items, so consumers are stuck with damaged goods or pay extra for return shipping.
