I use PayPal for everything I possibly can. I just wish that Amazon would take PayPal as a means to check out. Then, I'd totally be in heaven.

You have to understand my obsession with my Jeep. 4 Wheel Parts is my kryptonite. There is a physical store near me that I am able to place an order online and go to the store for pick up. Its that simple. If I had the funds, I would spend more money there, than I can possibly imagine. JEEP stands for Just Empty Every Pocket - and do it at 4wheelparts.com!

While, the wait was worth it, I feel that some of the information was kind of vague. I don't know if that's because of my particular DNA, or what. But, it's cool to see how it all works. I was, however, hoping to connect with more DNA relatives, but, I guess I have to give it some time. I'm glad this site exists.

I've purchased one or two items from this site. I love DX Engineering and the site is fairly user friendly. I would suggest making it a little more mobile friendly. I'm glad I found it - and I hope to visit the physical store, one of these days - as it's only an hour a way from me. I'm new to Ham Radio, So this is kind of my Graceland.

OK, I'm very happy with my saber. Plain and simple - AND - I will be ordering another. HOWEVER. There's barely any communication between company and buyer. I had to reach out to find out where my order was - while, I understand the sudden influx of orders due to the latest movie release, maybe a customer communication email could have been sent to let us know that there's going to be a longer waiting period. There are only TWO statuses on the website for orders. Either "processing" or "shippped". What about a "delayed", or "fabricating", or some other form of status updates to let the end user know what's happening as a courtesy...? The other problem I had was not their fault. It was the US Postal Service. It was on the site (tracking) that my order would be here on a Friday - but that time came and went, and I didn't receive it until the following Monday. I ordered a pommel a few days AFTER I ordered my saber, and it got here BEFORE the saber... WITH a lower priced/slower shipping option... Incidentally, they could have just stuck it in the same box as it was going to the same destination with only a 24 hour time difference. That really would have been acceptable.

Tip for consumers:
REMEMBER! 8-14 days for fabrication and THEN shipping. Not 8-14 days for shipping.
