My ultrasonic cleaner went completely dead on the first use. The customer service department will not honor the promised 30 day no hassle return policy. First they wanted me to wait weeks for a replacement part I would have to install myself. When I rejected that they offered to return one third of the purchase and let me keep the useless product. No telling what they'll say next.
