Hello Mark,

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't seen the response from the Expert yet. The way that the site works is that you are only charged the full deposit once an Expert responds, since you're seeing the full charge amount it may be the case that you simply need help getting back to your Question & Answer thread.

We'd be happy to help get you back to the Expert and there are a couple of ways that we can do that. You can also navigate back to the Question & Answer thread from the My Questions page:
