I lost a cruise because of this company. When I got to the airport to go to Sydney for a cruise from Sydney to Auckland, NZ, I had a problem with my Australian Visa and was informed I couldn't get on the plane until this was resolved. I had a few hours before my flight and tried to get a visa through this company. I had to pay an expedited fee which was over $400 U.S. Nonetheless, I paid it because I didn't have much of a choice. Ivisa did not resolve the problem and I missed my flight to Sydney. Since my NZ visa was good, I paid for another flight to Auckland, figuring that once my Australian Visa issue was resolved, I could fly from Auckland to Sydney easier and quicker than from the states. Issue was still not resolved by cruise departure. In two days I could pick up the cruise in Melbourne. Ivisa sent me an e-mail that my passport photo was fuzzy and I needed to send them a new picture and a new selfie. I did so. The next day I got another e-mail stating the same thing. I went to a copy center and had a color blow up of my passport taken and sent another picture using this, also another selfie. I tried to call the company but no one ever answers. Finally got through to a rep, by chat, who just said to send another passport photo and selfie. Told them I already did. No luck and I missed the departure from Melbourne. In two more days I had one more chance to catch the cruise from a port in Tasmania. Kept having the same problem. The day before I sent four selfies instead of just one. The morning of the evening that the cruise ship was departing Tasmania, I got an e-mail stating my visa was accepted. I rushed over to a travel agency in Auckland who printed my visa for me. Ivisa misspelled my name [note that they were given it correctly and it was on my passport.] The travel agent called the Australian embassy for me and asked if my visa would be OK. They said no and that I would have to reapply. At that point it was too late to catch my cruise. This was a substantial waste of money. My flight tickets were not refundable or exchangeable. Spent some time in Auckland and then paid for another flight back to the states. I did file a dispute for the Ivisa charge with my credit card company, sending them proof of my misspelled name on the Australian Visa. I was issue a temporary credit and then, eventually, a permanent credit for my Ivisa charge. Nonetheless, this company cost me thousands of dollars in lost vacation and additional hotel and flight expenses. Please do not use this company and make sure your foreign visa information is in order well in advance of your trip so you are not denied entry to the country you want to visit.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to know that this was not the official Australian government website. It was one that came up when I typed Australian visa in a web browser. It looked official at the time and I was under duress. I should never have purchased from this company.

Richens eye center, St. George Utah. (Utah business) Company price gouges. I was receiving eye injections which cost me about $60/mo after insurance payment. Richens eye center encouraged me to switch to Eyelea and informed me that my insurance would cover it. I got a bill for $4400, less $1877.44 insurance payment less adjustment of $765.12 leaving me with a patient responsibility of $1817.44. I am taking this to arbitration and will find a new eye doctor. Business gave me no indication that I would be faced with such a huge patient responsibility. Of course, I also don't have much respect for Eyelea either, goughing their patients with such an enormous cost either.

Tip for consumers:
Company price gouges after procedure.

I ordered two sets of men's NFL PJ's. I got one set and a lady's dress. I can understand a mistake such as a wrong size or wrong team but how in the world did they mess up this bad. I tried to contact them but their website wasn't working. I called and clerk wouldn't even look up my order. Just said to return it. I ordered from this company before w/o incident, but this screw-up ends my relationship with this company.

Tip for consumers:
Products, when correct, are OK but customer service is terrible. Site has artificially inflated prices which they reduce with 40 - 50% off offers. This price then becomes what the item should probably cost anyway.

one set PJ's
