Tuesday am, still 'awaiting shipment'. Contacted through the chat feature and again, they were very apologetic and he'd get me an answer right away and email me. 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. Still 'awaiting shipment'. Chatted with them and cancelled the order. Went on Amazon and ordered 1 collar (all I really needed anyhow, but needed a $30 min at Hot Dog Collar to get free shipping) and I'll have it the day after tomorrow. This is why Amazon will put businesses like this out of business.
