Well after ZERO correspondence from Nashein following multiple attempts to contact them and complaints, they have apparently finally shipped the product after a month of waiting. It might just help if they told people what's going on, and how long it will actually take.
Ordered product a month ago and paid for it - no product and still not even shipped!
Main email doesn't - and they wont reply on the other email.
Left comments on their FB page and they blocked me and removed my comments.
Has escalated this to a complaint to FB (they so far have ignored me and continue to let them scam people) - and have now submitted a formal complaint to Visa.
Avoid ordering ANYTHING from this mob!
Forget their "chat" facility - they never ever answer... especially questions about if their bracelets have actual stones like garnet, or if they are fake acrylic rip offs.
