Do not buy. This product does nothing but take your money. It has no service. Basically after having the issue of your phone not working you go to this scam and they do nothing to help. There is no miracle to save your data.

Also, they will fight every attempt at getting a refund

Tip for consumers:
Do not use any of their products, use the free apple ones as this product will not help
