I ordered a Batman Animated Series Sixth Scale Figure for $220 from Funko/Mondoshop in Austin TX and the figure was full of defects. The company refused to send replacement parts, would not give me a name of anyone to speak to and insisted I send back the item at my expense OR they would give me 30 percent off so they could sell off their defective merchandise. I am stunned. Their customer service was rude and passive aggressive and became cold when I wasn't willing to accept seriously defective merchandise. This company needs an overhaul and to have their customer service emails monitored by corporate. So many superb collectible companies out there who don't become rude when you aren't willing to accept defective junk that should have never left the factory. Never again!
