Ordered a medium format canvas print. Piece was about $50 and produced well enough, but it arrived in an oversized box that wasn't taped on the ends, and had two thin strips of bubble wrap on it that weren't attached. As a result, the piece banned around inside the box during shipping and both ends of the unsealed box were open when it arrived. I didn't realize bubble wrap was so expensive it had to be rationed along with tape.
