I have been a CM customer for 20+ years. I purchased 2 CM 7500 DVRs. They were the BEST DVR's ever made. But CM stopped supporting them after a few years and they became worthless! They then came up with the CM 7600 DVR and I bought 2 thinking they would be better. These were junk compared to the 7500. When does a company actually make a product worse. They entered into some agreement with Google to support the Guide. Without a Guide, a DVR is worthless!
In the past week Google has stopped supporting the guide and now my 2 CM 7600 are WORTHLESS. (see pics of my guide data this morning. It use to go out 14 days now maybe 4 hours and only the major networks) They offered me a discount on a $400 TIVO DVR. What makes you think I have ANY trust in you CM? You have a lack of corporate ethics and would not do business with you ever again. Consider this before you buy anything from CM! This company does not support their customers!
