I purchased two business class tickets on a direct flight. After the transaction was completed, their agent informed me that the tickets were obtained with Corporate Points and any changes to the tickets would have to be complete by them. Two days after the purchase, I entered the ticket numbers that I had been provided into the Airline website and App. NO TICKETS. I reached out to BusinessClassAir with no response so I called their Customer Service who obviously did not know what to tell me. Finally connected to a supervisor who informed me that the airline had canceled the points tickets. I really do not think BusinessClassAir would have contacted me with this information. They were unwilling to provide me the tickets that I had paid for with out additional monies. They offered me a one stop flight with a refund in the difference in price. But steadfastly refused to provide the tickets that I in good faith had purchased. Avoid this company!
