Because of numerous faults by Will Writing & Probate Services the company director recommended getting a solicitor as the only way to correct them.
When another reviewer commented on the staff lack of knowledge Mr B wished the complainant "good luck" as they chose from the many better options.
Not surprising, when we will never know how many executors ww&ps failed to contact following the death of any client who deposited their will with ww&ps. This I discovered happened to me, without remorse, apology or explanation from ww&ps.
Under ww&ps probate services it was more than 8 months before the house was put on the market compared to as little as 2 months with their piers.
While a solicitor will maximize the estate value for the benefit of Inheritors, tax revenue as well as themselves, I cannot say the same for will writing & probate services!
So before depositing your will or using any of the ww&ps of Yate services, Seriously consider the advice of Mr b to go elsewhere.
