I have used neat for many years. At first it was a very program and I had little complaints, however, as they have progressed (oxymoron pertaining to this company) the program has gotten steadily worse. I have only kept up with it as I have so much documentation already stored in the program. One of the things that makes this company so unethical is that it is impossible to actually reach or talk to a person. In short they suck. I have chosen not to continue with them because I spend more time filling in missing information from my scans. Now I cannot get to my information that I have previously scanned and paid for. Companies like this don't bode well for the future if the future is to be web based. If anybody knows of a class action lawsuit against them I would love to join it.
