Have told this company several times that their No. 10 products have barely any scent in them. The product reviews also reflect this. I have not had a problem with any of the other scents fading or being non-existent. Some of the other scents are overpowering in fact. Other reviews also said the same thing - that all of the other various non-10 detergents etc. were consistent in their scent, but the No. 10 is not. Recently when I contacted them about it I asked for a concentrated bottle of the scent just to pour in the products I have and they refused my request. Guess what, I never would have asked if they took quality control seriously and would address the issue for me and their other customers. Also, when I texted them most recently about this, the rep replied almost like she was a bot. She didn't say she would pass along my concerns at all, she just offered a refund. That doesn't solve the issue. I might as well buy a much less expensive brand if I want laundry detergent that doesn't smell like anything. Anyhow I didn't get anywhere with the bot-like rep that has limited reading comprehension and problem solving skills, so I ended up having to call in and speak to someone about it directly. She tried telling me that all scents fade like perfume, but I reiterated to her that this is the only line of their scented products that almost don't have a smell, or the smell fades significantly. I also pointed out that other customers are having the same issue and it is well documented. She said she'd talk to their production team, but who knows. All I know is that I've contacted them several times and some of the reviews stating this issue are at least a year old, so they obviously aren't that determined to fix it. It's too bad because I love the scent but I don't appreciate their attitude, apathy, and lack of quality control. I may just stop buying their products altogether. What a shame.

Just buy laundry products at your local grocery store, Target or Walmart

UPDATE 2: Allurez flagged my review here and on another review site and tried to get them both taken down by giving false information. Nice try Allurez. STOP LYING. That's the only way to repair your reputation.

UPDATE: So it turns out that after Rojan told me they were going to repair the jewelry, Allurez actually issued a full refund, even before I mailed the jewelry back. Which means they had no intention of even repairing it in the first place. They didn't send an e-mail at all notifying me of this. I sent texts, calls, e-mails and no response after I sent the jewelry back. Discover Card was the one who let me know that a refund had been issued, two weeks later. Then I got a text from Allurez after my phone call with Discover and was told that I had been issued a full refund. Gee thanks Allurez. At least I did get my money back though. I will obviously never deal with them again, and most importantly I will never ever buy fine jewelry online again.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: They are a nightmare to deal with. They lie constantly and either ignore you, or take a super long time to get back to you. I sent my jewelry back to them for repairs about three weeks ago and haven't heard a peep about the status. I already disputed the charges since the ring had an inclusion on it. I will contact my card company and tell them that Allurez has my jewelry back in their possession and doesn't plan to give it back apparently. Save yourself the headache and buy jewelry locally!

Fresh is a terrible company. For starters they are still using octinoxate in their SPF products which is known to harm sea life. They are marked as "clean beauty" at Sephora and they shouldn't be. I let Sephora know as much and also wrote to the company. They completely dismissed my concerns and sent me a statement that rambled on about their product safety. I never said their products weren't safe for people, I was addressing the environmental concerns. Just their general tone is dismissive and lacking insight. I will not be buying their products anymore.

Don’t buy from this company. They’re rude to customers and don’t care about the environment.
