My husband purchased an engagement ring March 0f 2021 and 8 days before our wedding (April 2021), one of the diamonds fell off. It was a rush to get it replaced in time for the wedding but we finally got it back in time.
Again in July of 2022 the same diamond fell out again and we had to pay for the replacement of this one. We got the ring back on the Friday and then on Sunday (2 days later) another one fell out AGAIN.
We went back to the store and they said no one could help us that day but to come back at a later time. She took a picture of the ring and said they would call us back on the following Wednesday to let us know what they would do. No one called us back on the Wednesday so we called back on the Friday and she said she was still waiting but that we needed to bring the ring in again as they couldn't tell from the picture taken. We live 1 hour from this store and always needing to drive back and forth with no satisfactory customer service. It seems they really are only concerned to make a sale but not concerned if a problem arises. To us this is definitely not in the interest of the customer.
We have since taken this ring to a Professional Jeweller and they were more than happy to serve us and meet our needs.
We will definitely not be going back to Arctic Fame for any of our purchases and will advise our friends and family.

We are sorry that your experience at Arctic Fame Diamonds didn’t quite match your expectations. Initially when you bring the ring back after loosing the diamond, the claws were broken too, which makes sense why the diamond fell out. Anyhow we fixed your diamond one-time for free and the other times, of course with a charge. The ring is sturdy enough, but it depends how you use your diamond ring as well. We even called your husband to bring the ring in to take a look and see if it the same diamond falling out and also inspect how you lost the diamond, but he never showed up and now we see your 1-star review.
