I complained that I never received item. Mercari stated that I did receive item but tracking number indicated lost. Mercari cancelled my account after I disputed charge with cc company.

Expect no help from "customer service".

First you have to buy "keys". The minimum being $10 worth. OK no big deal.
The catch is that auctions have a reserve price and I'm finding no one else is bidding. Spent $10 bucks for absolutely nothing.
