I ordered a tufting gun which was defective. I contacted customer service and I sent them a video of the machine getting stuck and sparking up. They told me to use tape. Yep. Tape. Obviously tape can't fix that. They offered me a 30 dollar refund on a $200 purchase. Obviously I declined and disputed it with my bank don't waste your money or time on this company.
