I stayed there Sunday, May 21st, 2023 for one night. We checked in about 4:30 PM but left right away. When we returned and got to the room I noticed the floor was nasty sticky feeling on my bare feet. I started looking around and found that there were spills and dirt that accumulated and stuck on them. There was gum stuck to the middle of the floor and a dead bug on the nightstand. No ice machine in the entire "resort" worked and the bed smelled of body odor. All the walls in the hallways and elevators had stains literally running down the wall, I say all the walls because I hit every floor looking for an ice machine that worked. It very was late when we actually got into the room, and we had to be up at 4 AM to leave so we opted to put our personal blanket on the bed and sleep on that. This was a very disgusting and smelly stay. I should have taken more pictures of the hallway walls. The *******@sunnsandresort.com is a nonworking email. The resort looks like it is under construction in areas but does not speak to the cleanliness of the entire resort
