I purchased the SilkSkin hair remover, only to learn upon receiving it that it would not work on light colored hair. This was not indicated in the product information on their Web site. When I contacted them to request a return address, I was given a run-around, and - despite numerous requests - I have yet to be provided with return information. I believe they are simply waiting for the 30-day return window to close.
Most of my requests for Customer Service have been by e-mail. When I did call their Customer Service number, I was told the item could not be returned, but was offered either a 50% refund of the purchase price if I accepted the offer by phone or an 80% refund if I waited to receive the offer by e-mail. The e-mail did arrive within two days, but offered only a 30% refund, while closing by saying they hoped I would accept the 50% refund offer. What the heck? I am still trying, but expect I will need to write this off as an expensive learning experience.
