I ordered a jacket more than 7 weeks ago. I received a camisole instead. I called customer service to get the jacket. It was out of stock, so tough luck on the jacket. I sent the camisole back 6 weeks ago, followed up with an email request for my refund after 3 weeks. Was told it wasn't yet "showing up" as a return, that I had to wait for 10 to 14 business days after the warehouse received it. Still waiting. This is unbelievable. Too bad, because their merchandise seems nice, but not worth this hassle.
NOTE: Once Leanne became involved, I did receive my refund, six weeks after I returned the merchandise. While relieved to get my money back, I'm sticking with the one-star rating.
