Me and spouse applied pan cards through them last May.
Its been over 6 months now, and they never reply me back.
First 2 months they did email me back, but after that they just stopped answering me back.
They took money from me. Approx Rs. 6000 Indian rupee (in US dollars), sent me a few emails and then when I sent my applications to them, they just stopped replying.
I am going to file a case against them in the texas court.
Bad, very bad service.
