I paid for expedited delivery and it still came weeks late. I requested the expediting fee ($900) back and Jessica/Joanna said it would appear on my next statement. It never did. After about 30 calls, I gave up!
The pool table was delivered damaged but Cuszoom kept promising but delivered no service or replacements.
The installer did a poor job so I tried to call him back out... but he never answered his phone, or responded to voice mails so I was left with a table that, although playable, was never perfect.
I hired a lawyer to sue them but nobody could track down a real address and correspondence sent to a PO box was returned.
If anyone starts a class action lawsuit, let me know?
