“Rip off of $1200”

Total rip off. Agents are in a foreign country. They don't understand American English.

They booked the wrong flight and blamed it on me. Cost me $1200 to rebook. They would take no responsibility whatsoever. Claimed the $2200 i already paid was non-refundable so I was screwed. Would give zero stars if possible.
