I too wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. I ordered a product on May 5th. It is now May 25th and have not received it. I called last week to inquire about my order and got an email in return saying that it would be here this week. It's friday late afternoon and still nothing. I just got off the phone with the "owner" of the company and she assured me that my product would be here "tomorrow." I told her about all the bad reviews and expressed my distrust in her statement. I requested a tracking number on my product. After a few minutes of the owner checking on this she learns that my product won't be available to even be shipped to me until June 6th. Had I have received a phone a call from this company explaining this and apologizing for the wait, I would have been happy to wait for my order; however due to very poor customer service, I requested a refund!
