I was shocked when I paid almost 28.00 for a name address and age then needed to pay an additional 20$ to get additional information that was supposed to be included. I'm not very pleased at all. I won't be using this site anymore and will go back to the one I used to use. I'll also be asking for a refund.

I'm giving Rawstory 3stars for content. But because there billing department sucks balls it does not get 5 stars. I have no issues with its content. It's a left leaning site. If you go to a right leaning site you get the same.
But my issue goes back 6 months. I was paying for a subscription and still had ads. It took me 2 months to get someone to answer me. Then when his suggestions didn't work I still had the same problem, but was getting billed twice a month. I email and email with no reply. Then finally got a reply. I had stopped going into my account. I wanted all my money back since at least August. They refused. I kept asking to cancel and no reply. This girl that did reply last week just started. Refused to turn me over to someone with more clout and had worked longer. Told me she has now canceled me but no $ back at all. So they received at least 2 or 3 months double payments and then from August through Nov as well payment for something I did not use.
Therefore they are an unethical company.
I couldn't believe it. They stand for justice. Just not with there own company.
They want to steal my hard earned $ durning a pandemic from a single mom with a special needs child well, it's not something big enough to sue them. But I can sure blast them everywhere I have a chance too.
My last straw was this girl. She tried to dismiss me over and over. She showed me.

They have a lot cool merchandise. Best part experienced people that blog about piercings and and merchandise. What more can you ask for?
