Like others, I tried to return the completely unwearable items shipped to me from China. I only mention that because they claim "Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina." I was first offered $15, then $36, $50, $70, $88 and told to keep the items. Each time I was told the amount was the max they could offer, but each time I replied to clarify I was only interested in returning the items for a full refund, they offered a bit more. To return the items they stated, "If you don't accept it, our return address is in Dubai, and it is not worth returning."
