I placed an order on August, but until today (10/13/22), my parcel is not delivered. I wrote mails to get the status, but all the replied mails were AUTO replying, saying the junk answers. No customer service came to reply to my questions. The only way to inquire/communicating is email to a stupid machine and then you couldn't get any help. I believe this seller is a one-man/or few guys shop, No customer service, No anybody to reply mails.
Once you placed the order, they will cash your credit ASAP and then you will get the below results
1. Your address was wrong, if you need your parcel delivered, you have to pay $9.99 re-shipping fee (Auto e-mail replied)
2. Or Your delivered products were like a junk, far away from your expected, yes, you can return (but no fully credit back), even more you have to pay returning shipping fee.
3. Or You may be totally ignored
My advice is, a. Don't be fooled by 50% off, they Put 50% off for whole year/and whole their life.
B. Skip and run away ASAP when you see the adv. Of Today's deals V. I would say it is scammer.
