The word "free" occurs more than 20 times on the order form for a book. I gave my Cr Card details only for the PnP on the book but was billed every month for a newsletter. I've emailed many times and received a refund on payment for 1 newsletter. I am still requesting a full refund on the pYments that I did not intend. I have complained to Sitejabber and have noticed a lot of negative comment on this company's policies
1. Yes, the book is Free...
2. Yes, we as for a small S/H fee to help cover some of our cost, as each book that we give away for free we lose money, in return we give you content in that book that you will not get anywhere else, well worth the S/H.
3. In response to your statement about continued charges, we do make available special offers they are 100% Optional and Yes you can order the book without, any additional orders or charges. You choose that offer in fact the way it works is that you clicked the button asking for it and you received the product. Further before the order is completed the customer needs to click on a check box, stating that they have read and agreed to the order and the terms. That is of the highest advertising standards, as we use not one but 2 safeguards to protect the customer.
4. We are extremely responsive to customer server issues, so if anyone is asking for customer support please contact us through our ticket system, that is much more reliable then emailing and tickets can be systematically resolved making response much faster and it insures customer satifaction. https://thehealthybackinstitute.zendesk.com/tickets/new
