I ordered a Fitbit in March 2016. I never received it and am out $107.90. Can never get anyone on the phone, repeated emails saying it was coming and yet never received it. Also, my refund that they say has been processed never has shown up in any of my statements. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
