I took an art piece to Goldmark Framers in Uppingham and they have ruined it.
The shop assistant told my husband they didn't really know what they were doing but went ahead with their experiment and managed to ruin a diamond picture of my dogs, one of whom passed away last week.
When asked what redress they could offer my husband was told they could not put right the damage they had done and gave him a £50 refund of the £250+ we paid them.
Goldmark Framers you are a disgrace and you do not care about customers feelings.
We are left with a damaged irreparable picture.
Unforgivable.
