Reviewing my previous review: I first received the wrong item and had to send it back which is of course quite pricey from NZ to China. Although I had opted to have the item exchanged they reimbursed the full price including the original shipping costs for delivering the dress to me. I wasn't quite happy with being stuck with the cost of shipping the item back and when I posted a negative review, they immediately contacted me and put it right by reimbursing the shipping costs to me. They then also explained that the dress is no longer manufactured, hence the desired exchange hadn't been possible. I am happy with this solution - although I would have loved to get the dress I ordered because I really liked the material and it was well sewn and true to size.
