The pricing is deceptive and when on a free trial, you are not being told how much the features you get to use in the free plan would cost in paid plans. When you thus upgrade, you can end up spending hours working on a video and then when you want to upgrade to get rid of their logo discover that half of the video is gone, because you'd have to upgrade to the most expensive Business plan to keep those features.

There is no warning that this might happen, no nothing that could help you avoid this and maybe decide to just keep the logo instead. It's really, really unacceptable how this is done.

I was also unhappy with how the customer support dealt with this issue and how they refused to issue a refund because I asked for a refund through PayPal. They claim they cannot issue it because of PayPal, which is ridiculous to say the very least. The matter is now still open, but my decision on whether to ever use this service again let alone recommend them is short and final - NO.

I upgraded my plan today, my credit card was charged and then I was told that I need to wait for 24 hours for them to 'review' my order. That alone raised a red flag and then I get an email telling me that my order was canceled even though my card has been charged. I tried to resolve this with their customer support. The representatives in the chat option have issues with functional literacy and kept transferring me from one person to another. I demanded to speak with the supervisor after this happened for the fourth time and have now been waiting for over half an hour to speak with this person. So lose all hope you who enter the hellhole of paid plans.

Well, Wix doesn't have a courtesy to inform its customers about the fact that their information regarding premium offers are highly deceiving and faulty, for instance, that the so called free vouchers, as just one of the examples, will not at all be free for most users at all, the users are not informed about that IN ADVANCE! That was a final drop for me, I'm going to end my relationship WITH WIX, for I have been charged by Facebook DUE TO NOT BEING INFORMED ABOUT THAT. That's just one of the examples of how Wix lures its customers into buying by hiding the facts or in other words lying to their customers. I find such practices absolutely unacceptable so that was final drop for me and I'm looking forward to switching to some other platform, but it cost me dearly, so beware, Wix will rip you off.
