I'm very confused

I bought online goods, i paid extra for insurance n signature on delivery of my parcels.

Apparently, Australia post though it was best to leave my expensive items on the street besides my letter box!

So why do we pay for signature on delivery and courier decides whether or not signature is required!

My item was signed for apparently by Leanne!

I don't know Leanne or ever have!

My Neighbour are Leanne!

So, is this stealing when i pay for a service and they only provide standard service when i paid extra?

Because I'm under impression i should of got the service i paid for not what ever the driver decides to do the day he delivering my parcels.

This is not a one off situation!

Most day my delivery say they been signed for and i been sitting in my front yard and a delivery van or any vehicle for that matter never pulled up in my drive way!

So my delivery i paid for some how turns into e knocking on my neighbours door tryn to find my packages!
Ten i go to local post office and they cant explain or tell me where my packages are!
I then ring australia post! Sorry we havent got info as the package was delivered but not to the person that ordered the item!

I think there better courier company's small business out there that you can use that don't charge extra for services then not willing to provide!

I classified this as stealing!

When you take my money n provide half the service i paid for!

I purchased 2 x 1.18 model cars classic carlectables from tvsn.

Items arrived broken!

No quality control!

Item packed in oversized cartoon!

So model flew around box on it way to my address.with 2 or 3 packing bubbles!

Needed about dozen packaging bubbles

Not 2;or 3 that was inside my package.

So no quality control!

So no packaging control or certain way to send out breakables items.

Just throw them in oversized box n hope for best.

Spoke to tvsn staff about my issue!

They informed I'll get a refund in 30 days!

Hmm

Wow why would I pay for broken items then let multi million dollar company use my income for 4-6 weeks!

As Im waiting for refund!

I recommend if U need to buy from tvsn!

Use pay pal!

Like I did!

N refund is instance!

The hide of these companies TVSN trying to run there business at expensive of the customers hard earnt money...

Glad we have ACCC in Australia for customer complaints!
