Hace más de una semana que estoy intentando de cancelar a mi vuelo. Tengo la confirmación de la aerolínea diciendo que tengo derecho a un reembolso completo y EDESTINOS no quiere cancelar mi vuelo.
Es muy difícil de comunicar con la compañía y toman mucho tiempo antes de contestar a los correos. Yo les pedí que hacen el cancelamiento rápidamente porque tengo que compro otro vuelo y todavía no hicieron nada.
