Have been waiting over a month for a simple dog chain they offer on their site. Have asked multiple times for a tracking number, they won't give one - just keep responding saying, "Your order has been shipped and it is in transit."

They seem like good prices for decent products, but it's a terribly run online store with no ethics or structure in place. Go to a more reputable brand/company and pay the extra $10, it's worth it for your own mental health.

UPDATE: Just told me my order was "lost in transit" and that I "will receive a refund in 10-15 days."

Stay away.
