I don't do feedback and am not happy with having to respond to whether or not I received an order. Rest assured that if I didn't get it you would hear from me. That's what tracking confirmation is for (for you). This is just BS online marketing crap that takes time on my part and tries to drive future sales on yours. P.S. If I'm going to order from you, it's because you have the right part at the right price. If I find it somewhere else cheaper, I'll buy it there. Cut down your amount of communication emails!
