“Worst place to ever order a background from!”

I place a order in September and it is November now and still no Background.
After I reached out to customer service they finally responded saying that
They had a computer problem and some orders didn't go through, meaning mine.
So then I was told it would be another 2 weeks before it would even been shipped.
It has now been a month and still nothing! Terrible customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site for anything important or urgent.

Products used:
I have not received my order after 6 weeks.
