First visit 2 weeks ago we walked in to a room that had a bathtub with 4 inches of water and a dripping faucet. This time the bathroom ceiling tiles are bowed from water damage and the vent fan is hanging down. Room keys demagnetized after one day and the (rude) manager lectured me about having the card to close to my cellphone (which it never was).


My step dad passed away last week and my siblings and I ordered an arrangement from this Florist for the funeral.

Upon arriving at the Wake, my wife and I were looking at all of the arrangements and found the one that was ordered for us. We immediately noticed that it was mislabeled. We were and are extremely disappointed in the results based on what we paid. We found another arrangement, ordered from the same Florist, which we were informed cost approximately $100 dollars less. That arrangement, in our opinion, looked like it cost twice as much as ours.

This Florist was contacted and refused to make a price adjustment and at one point told my sister to just stopo. So, in our opinion, not only did we receive a sub-par over-priced arrangement but this Florist also proved themselves to be quite rude.

It is our opinion that this is not the type of customer service you would expect from a Florist that wants to be a success.

Potential customers should understand that it can be risky when placing an online or telephone order because they may get much less than they pay for.

We definitely paid for this experience.

P.S. If I could give this Florist a negative 5 Stars, I would.

Make sure verify and re-verify each item of your order. Be very specific in your instructions and know what the vendors refund/adjustment policy is before ordering.
